Very dated but fine for what we needed. Large room. Location good for us near Falsgrave. We didn't actually see one other guest whilst we were there. Had a fantastic Indian meal at the Taj on Falsgrave.

although property a little run down undergoing restoration by owner, the room was very clean with all you needed for stay. the staff were very polite and helpful, the building is a very interesting building with a very interesting history that the owner was more than willing to let you explore. also in a room with roof balcony to sit out on only a 15 minute walk to the front it was ideally situated. shopping 10 minutes away and close to train station.

The toilet wasn’t good enough when you flash the water it can’t feel quality the water take time and it’s noisy as well even the light only it has one switch for all if you need a toilet you have to switch all of the lights
