A choice of breakfast cereals, milk, juice and fruit provided, which was much appreciated. Everything very clean, comfortable firm mattress, my two top priorities. Heated towel rail, lovely bathroom. Owner Graham very kindly met me at the train station. Very handy for the Esplanade and cliff lift.

The welcome by the host who picked me up from the station. He pointed out landmarks in the locality so I could get my bearings of where I was in the area as it’s an area of Scarborough I wasn’t too familiar with. He brought fresh flowers for the room. He left fresh bread milk and orange juice. A lovely warm welcome to my stay.

There was a small selection of food and drink avaiable in the room, such as Milk, juice, fruit, biscuits and cereal. The location is very handy for the Spa. A parking permit was available to allow free parking on the street - note that the access to the property is via a back lane so the parking is at the far end of this lane. The keys had not been left in the keysafe by the previous occupier. We called Graham and he came immediately to help us get into the poperty.
