The host, Gary, welcomed us with a wealth of knowledge and information regarding Scarborough and the local area. What was happening that weekend in the outdoor arena and around the area. The property was spotless with a very comfy bed, seating area and en suite bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities which we simply could not fault. Finally, breakfast! Fantastic, cereal, juice and the beautiful full English. We were made to feel as if we had known Gary for years and we were long time friends not just guests. Highly Recommended.

Everything apart from not having a small Fridge in the room. Gary was extremely friendly & helpful, & went out of his way to help people with any questions they had about their stay. He even bought my Wife a Birthday Card when he saw Cards in our room. Would highly recommend.

The room and en suite were spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious. Gary the host was very helpful and friendly and is a mine of knowledge about Scarborough. The location was great for Peasholm Park and the North Bay and it was an easy walk also into the town.
