Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Quick and efficient communication via text/email. Great breakfast with lovely friendly service. Great location a few minutes walk from sea. Exceptional value for money. Would definitely come back!

Comfy bed; excellent shower & toiletries; superb wifi; nearby (paid permit) parking; handy for south shore; option of breakfast; great communication; blankets & oil filled radiator if required; clean & lovely. Local shops and takeaways on Ramshill Rd.
