Clean, smelled good, well-thought off lay-out and convenience of the room. Also, they checked us in early. We were very grateful. There was ample parking space if you are bringing a car.

Parking directly in front of the hotel (inside the hotel grounds). 5 min drive to train station, free parking and an easy 25 min train ride into Florence

The Aircon was actually cold! It was so lovely! We have stayed in loads of properties that claim Aircon that are uncomfortably warm. This hotel was so refreshing. The staff were friendly and thankfully spoke excellent English. Really close the park and ride too.

Much better experience than you could expect just looking at photos provided by hotel. If you're traveling by car (that's my second trip to Florence, first time I was staying in the center), location shouldn't be the problem as well.
