What a lovely apartment and a 10 for excellent location. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge, but Francesca was available by phone to help us find the property. The entrance to the property is narrow and has an electronic gate that Francesca will open. Covered parking is at the rear of the property and you need to walk around to the front for the entrance. There is a main entrance and the door on the left is to the apartment. Francesca’s father lives in the downstairs apartment and you have the entire upstairs apartment, with a large living room / full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, only steps from the pedestrian precinct, where you can walk to shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc. This is a great area to sit and enjoying a drink, or a gelato or just for people watching. You are right of at the bottom of the steps to the historical center of Scalea, and only minutes from great restaurants, the park and the nice Lido’s along the beach. This is a wonderful place to stay in Scalea and we would certainly stay here again.

This property is very central to the main pedestrian area. There is parking, a huge garden with incredible fruit trees, comfortable A/C in each room, lovely balconies and overall a very good place to stay. Close enough to the new town, historic centre and beach.
