It is a very homely place and has everything you’d need when coming to stay. The host had laid out things such as tea towels, bath mat, bath towels, soaps etc. The bed was really comfy so I managed to sleep really well. There was a wide variety of books for those who enjoy reading. Never met with the host but he seemed really friendly over messages and was really helpful when I had any inquiries.

Brilliant location close to open air theatre and not far from Scarborough and the village of Scalby was lovely and we were a stones throw away from a pub!

The location was great and the parking pretty good. I could always see my car even though it was street parking. All in all I enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely cottage in an ideal location, walking distance to 2 different pubs (although I didn't try either so can't comment on them) everything felt very homely The beds in the bedroom were lovely, everything was very clean, i even noted that things like shower gel and shampoo had been left out. I would definitely stay there again
