The villa has beautiful views and is generally in good order. The pool is nice and the small lemon grove was very pretty. The lack of cars is nice as the tiny paths and steps are quaint. The mules which help with suitcases and deliveries are lovely.

The villa is beautiful, dated to what we are used to but probably very traditional Italian and the views were amazing. Pool would have been gorgeous along with the rest of the outside space had we had the weather for it. The host Camille was super helpful in giving numbers for taxis and other recommendations. As below, if we were having a villa holiday with little need to go out this would have been perfect (although we would still need to do a shop and get it up or down the steps).

A lovely apartment in a beautiful setting in the mountains above Amalfi. Carmela was super friendly and helpful and gave us loads of useful information. Making our own lemonade from the lemons growing in the garden was a delightful bonus. The pool is a great size and setting (though too cold for us in mid April) and the views over the coast from the balcony are stunning. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. If you know the area, you will know that there are lots of steps to climb wherever you go. From the apartment it's over 150 stairs up to the nearest road, and a similar distance down to the nearest bar/shop. We mostly quite enjoyed the exercise, but it's worth bearing in mind when you book. The walk back from Amalfi is pretty tough (1400 stairs!) - Ravello is a much gentler stroll.
