A truly amazing night, sleeping in Aalto's building is an experience itself and a great combination with the tour of the Muuratsalo experimental house, guided by amazing Harry Taskinen. 12/10, would like to come back anytime. Thank you for your warm hospitality !!

This was the best stay during my travels in Finland. Henry, who runs both the whole running of Säynätsalo Town Hall and the accommodation, is a very helpful and warm person who is happy to help with anything. Included in the accommodation is a guided tour of the Town Hall, and he can also arrange a boat trip to the Alvar Aalto's experimental house including a tour. The island is small but very pleasant and definitely worth staying on. The room was nicely and stylishly furnished, the kitchen had everything a traveler needs.

The condition is great. Very cozy room. The host and the volunteers are extremely nice. They gave us a lot of information about the design of the building. The food in the cafe is very tasty.
