The location was ideal for our schools music tour around primary schools in the area. Was very cosy and relaxing in the evenings, was lovely to also have the welcome treats!

Lovely rural location but not too far away from Saxmundham, thoughtful welcome Basket on arrival, spacious and well presented accommodation, we actually spent all of our time using the garden and kitchen, at night playing card games around the kitchen table, so didn't actually use the amazing cinema size TV in the very comfortable looking lounge. Neighbours were friendly and welcoming too, had a great stay and would highly recommend
