The location and house were a great spot, very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to just park the car, unpack, settle in and relax. The upstairs and downstairs areas worked well for our family. The main bedroom was massive with a lovely ensuite and outlook The back deck was ideal for socialising with direct access to the beach just over the dune via the back gate which was very convenient.

Everything !! Fabulous House. In Fab location. Direct access to beach, (albeit a bit rugged), is a plus and close location to Sawtell centre is great a very easy walk from house. Well equipped and furnished, comfy beds, quality linen and towels . Perfect in every way
