We loved everything about Le Clos du Merle, Evelyn was a wonderful hostess who provided absolutely everything for a genuinely comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable & a wonderful breakfast was provided every morning. She gave us great suggestions for villages to visit, Oingt & Ternand were beautiful. Thanks Evelyn for a memorable stay.

Le Clos du Merle was the perfect place for us to stop off on our way to Lyon - the accommodation was roomy and tastefully decorated and the setting peaceful and calm. We had a wonderful breakfast in the garden under a grape vine. If only we could have stayed longer!
