The owner of the hotel speaks fluent English. She will take you to the bus station drop you off to the restaurant etc. Very nice lady.

Good little guest house in old building. Room are clean, well furnished and the owner is a really nice lady that can help you for any questions you have

Good location - 20 mins walk from the bus station and walking distance to the river. Large room. Fridge. Plenty of hot water. Free drinking water and tea/coffee. Good aircon/fan. Friendly lady proprietor. Good price point.
