Studio was located in a nice quiet residential area, within a short walk to the stop for the free trolley bus to town. A Kroger grocery was also within walking distance. Studio was cozy and had quiet air conditioning, which was much needed as was very warm. The owner left clear instructions which was welcome.

This is a small bed sit type apartment, managed by a third party that you must register and deal with but they are very good and helpful if needed. The owner has decorated the apartment very nicely, it feels like home. It was very comfortable.
