Host (Patti) Was amazing, waited for us when our flight was delayed. Rode with us int he hire car to ensure we avoided pedestrian areas and possibly a fine!. Helped to get a safe, legal parking space. Carried bags downs stairs to help with access. Show us the apartment facilities and made sure was always available should we have any issues. There were none!
