It is a very clean and well-maintained new apartment with a nice view of the sea and Teide. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. It is nice to have a washing machine, but there is no dishwasher. Self-check-in and self-check-out are easy. Contacting the host (or rather the company that owns it) via WhatsApp is very straightforward. It can get very cold in winter, so we had to ask for extra blankets and electric heaters. Parking can sometimes be problematic as there are no reserved parking spaces in front of the house. The safest option is to park around 150 metres down the hill on the public road. Otherwise, the road is a dead end and narrow. If you're lucky, you might find a space on the side of the road, but otherwise (as all the others are private), you'll need to reverse.

Very clean, new, bright apartment with fantastic views. Modern interior, brand new kitchen and bathroom. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood away from touristic areas. We loved El Sauzal, because you live among locals in a really nice quiet town. The apartment is within walking distance of the town. El Sauzal is also a great location to explore the whole island. Nice gadgets like big rain shower, new kitchen sink, Netflix, washing machine, comfy sofa and bed.

The views of the sunset over the sea and Teide were amazing. The apartment is very cozy and spacious and had everything we needed.
