Did not have breakfast which was at an extra cost As I was using the studio flat. Used the kitchenette which had microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Room was nice and large, had all that was needed for my stay. Able to open windows for circulation of air if needed which was good. TV in room, large shower and space in the bathroom. There was a lounge and conservatory to use, plus garden area. Car park available to use

Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The amenities had not yet opened ( pool and games room) and we did not opt for breakfast. Easy to find, free parking and great location
