For us it was perfect. Its important to note that price was on the lower side, and some stuff could be improved, but for this price, 10 from us. Location is perfect, its not on the main street, soo there is no noise, but close to the beach (140m). There was always parking in front of the apartment. It was clean, and they clean and change sheets every 3 days. Air-conditioning is not charged additionally, its included in price of apartment.
