Great spacious property. Included all the essentials needed for our stay. Great outdoor space, including pool and great playground. Beds were comfortable. Was the perfect spot to explore Tuscany. Communication was excellent with the property. We loved our time here.

Breakfast was not included in price. It was a condo type setting - all facilities were owned privately.
