It‘s a new hotel, so everything is new and fresh. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful and my positive part of the feedback is thanks to them. They were trying to help and resolve all issues.

Excellent quality of service, the staff is pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer's needs. I especially want to express all my sympathies to one waitress (sorry, I forgot her name, but she is originally from the Vinnytsia region), she was very kind, professional and friendly. Delicious food, especially steaks :) The maids cleaned regularly, even if they were not asked. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I must say that they have brought a number of amenities for improvement (kids area, restaurant, terrace).

Nice and new hotel, the staff was very polite and cheerful. Comfy beds. Good value for the money.
