The property was situated in a quiet residential area. The house was beautifully presented with all the facilities required when away. The pool and the gardens are beautiful with olive, pomegranate, Quince and lime trees. The barbecue was amazing with amble seating for all quests.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything at Villa Erasmia (house 1) was perfect. The Villa is located a short, convenient drive from the airport with local beaches and amenities close by. The Villa itself is beautifully kept, clean and comfortable. Each room immaculately presented and the gardens bursting with flowers and fruit trees. We arrived to a delicious cake, homemade jams and home grown produce, this was a lovely touch and very considerate of the owners. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the porch area each morning and our children spent hours playing in the pool, which was well cared for and cleaned each day. There is so much love and dedication placed on making Villa Erasmia a place to be enjoyed and happy memories made. Our heartfelt thanks to Yannis, Erasmia and Konstantina for making our holiday so special. Thank You for your hospitality, kindness and sincerity. We will hold fond memories of you all and our time at Villa Erasmia.

Host is very nice, excellent communication. and during my stay, they were very helpful. The house was very clean, fully equiped. I loved the garden, perfect to spend time in the morning or afternoon. 10 mins drive to best beaches of Kefalonia. Highly recommend for a family! will defiitelly visit again :)
