The room was more spacious than I had thought it would be. The hotel's location was good for doing things in the city centre. We went out for breakfast each day.

The hotel is up a steep incline from the main road...(much of Sarlat is) The location is fantastic. The room was up several flights of stairs and there is no elevator, not uncommon but just be aware. Believe we got the last room available so it had an extra room we did not need but it gave us a little more space. Liked the built-in little desks. We used them to plan our visit. Front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
