We wish to inform you of a change in arrangements for delivery of luggage from Sark Harbour to our Guest House The Old Forge.If you have any luggage you need transporting please get a Island Deliveries luggage tag from the shipping offices in Guernsey/Jersey and write on them our address being The Old Forge, and your luggage will automatically be delivered up for you at a charge currently of £2.50 per bag each (maybe be more if a very large bag/box etc) way payable here upon arrival/before check out.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This is a relaxing place to stay with beautiful ocean views. I was travelling solo and Caragh and Simon went above and beyond to make my stay and overall Sark experience incredible. They were very happy to give tips on food venues, sights and help me organise the activities I wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Caragh warmly welcomed us and we instantly felt at home in this gorgeous B&B, our room (3) was perfect for our small family. This B&B has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We swam in the warm pool, relaxed with a wine in the lounge room and a short stroll for dinner at Hugo’s. In the morning we watched the sunrise and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and hot coffee before heading off to Little Sark. I almost forgot to mention the chocolates - we tried several flavors, all were so delicious, what a lovely bonus feature of this home!

We had a great stay at this place. House itself is great and has all the necessary amenities. We rented all three rooms for our group, so we had the whole house for ourselves which was amazing. Hosts are a lovely couple, were very helpful and gave us good advices. Everything was very clean and in a great condition. Breakfast was served and we had coffee, fruits, bread, jams and cereals. There s a swimming pool too (which was a little cold unfortunately to stay long in). Location is great, beautiful views, absolutely stunning sunsets and sunrises. bare in mind you need to walk for 20 minutes if you need to get to town center. We had a very good time at old forge and can definitely recommend it
