Such a beautiful place to stay. Great to have beach chairs and towels. Love the welcoming pastry they leave for the guests. Lovely touch. Location is amazing and so close to downtown, Marie Selby, the beach. Everything is walking distance (trolley to the beach). Apartment is small but very well equipped and very convenient. And everything is so well maintained and clean!

Julia Carriage House is in a perfect location with a great view into your own little garden. Everything was impeccable, very tasteful design, and all equipment and appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are high end. Everything has been thought about and is available in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds as well. Easy walking distance to downtown or the Marina.
