Spacious apartment near the beach. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen with everything you need, including a capsule coffee machine.

Spacious, well-equipped Apartment near beaches and restaurants This apartment delivers exactly what’s promised: it’s spacious, clean and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. A plus is the two bathrooms (one en-suite master and one service bathroom) making it ideal for families or small groups. The large balcony offers plenty of space to relax, but note there may be some street noise due to traffic. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking or preparing light meals, and all appliances working just fine. Air conditioning is available in every room, and the Wi-Fi connection covering apartment and balcony area. Location - just a short walk to several beaches and a wide selection of restaurants. While free parking isn’t available nearby, the host, Tony, is incredibly helpful and will do his best to assist with parking arrangements, but be aware as free parking are very hard to find and if you take the car for a country or any drive, the parking spot will be occupied instantly. Alternatively, a secure private parking lot is located just 30 meters from the apartment for approximately €10 per day, with no hassle about using the car at any time. The beaches are clean and the view spectacular, though finding a free area without paid sunbeds can be tricky. For extra experience, a trip to Ksamil Beach (30min car trip) is highly recommended for the spectacular view, beach and food. Tip for drivers: local traffic can be unpredictable, and road rules are used at minimum, so extra caution is advised unless you have Balkan's driving skills :) .

Just perfect! Tony saved me! I forgot my ID and he called me and brought it to me! How nice! The house?? 10/10 no faults at all all amenities present! I loved it!
