1. Location and accessibility by car. Location is very central towards Ksamil and Sarande port. Without car, the ascent however from the main street could be a bit much. 2. Apartment is new, clean and has all amenities. Owner is nice and accomodating. 3. Lots to do around, shopping, markets, restaurants, etc 4. Half of the balcony view is compromised, but it's still beautiful.

The views were amazing and were worth the steep hill! Room was very small but clean and the host was lovely, surprising us with a lovely gift on our departure. The front garden was beautifully kept. Great place!

Thank you very much for the stay. The entire property was very clean and comfortable. There is parking in front of the building, which was a big plus for us. I believe our room had one of the best views in the city. The owners were very kind, and we regularly received fresh towels and bed linens. We were also greeted with small welcome gifts. It’s very close to the beach and shops.

I can definitely recommand Nora's Guesthouse! The Host was incredibly kind and courteous. The location is a little bit like on a hill, you can walk to the beach (5-10min) or drive with your car down to the beach for like 1-2min (there are parking spaces at the beach). We had an incredible view from our balcony and it was perfect for the evenings. The room itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The AC works perfectly and the bed is comfortable as well. The bathroom is also very clean and in a very good shape which was very important for us. I have nothing else to say other than it was a 10/10. Very nice experience for me and my friends.
