The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the seafront and very short distance of Saranda’s center. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. Less then 15-minute drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Butrint and the beautiful beaches of Ksamil. Friendly staff who showed me where free on-site parking was located. Very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and lots to choose what to eat😃. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Planning to be back again in June.

Everything was perfect Our room had a wonder sea view and the staff was really kind and friendly also the breakfast was delicious and it had various food We would definitely be back there !!!

Excellent stay at New Heaven Hotel! Very clean, comfortable and carefully arranged room. Extremely polite and professional staff, always ready to help. Very peaceful and pleasant environment. I would recommend it without hesitation and will definitely return.
