Everything, what was there not to like , from the friendly faces of the 2 beautiful ladies at the reception , who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and were always happy to help, with most of my needs, the hotel was nice and very clean, loved the breakfast as well.

Very warm welcome! The staff was consistently courteous, helpful, and friendly. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. There was absolutely nothing to complain about – I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay!

I have been to many Hotels in my life but this was by far the best experience I ever had so far. They contacted me a day before, to check my arrival time and to make sure everything works perfectly as planned. My room was ready before the actual check in time and I could check in earlier. Gledis, the manager even offered to pick me up from the bus station. He told me everything I could do around Saranda and even provided links. The rooms are very clean and I had a beautiful view. Breakfast is served in the room. You choose what you want to have and at what time a day before - it will then be delivered at time. Staff are very nice and polite. Thank you for having us! Will definetly come again, when in Saranda!

Hotel is just perfect. Nice and clean with beautiful view. Breakfast is awesome in the room. Gledi and the crew was so helpful and polite. We are thanks for them that couple of days.
