We absolutely loved everything! The hotel is impeccable, with a high standard of cleanliness and great attention to detail. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly felt welcome! The view is spectacular — a real visual treat every single day! The area is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxation, yet well located for exploring the surroundings. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, exactly what we needed to start the day right. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Portanova to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high-quality experience in Albania. We’ll definitely be back!💙

The hotel is brand new and it was beyond our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, room service is excellent and the breakfast was quite good. The staff were very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. All in all, it was a great stay!
