Breakfast was really good. the hotel itself was excellent and tremendous value. The staff were so nice and very friendly. Location was perfect. Excellent value and no complaints whatsoever. We enjoyed our sty very much. The Albanian people are very friendly and welcoming.

The cleaners were amazing - they would even mop the water at the pool around us all the time, so no one slipped! They scrubbed the windows and cleaned the bathrooms in public spaces well. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Bathroom space was a bit tight due to positioning but the shower itself was spacious and bath products were good. The Reception Manager made an effort to entertain our two children as they got to know us better during our stay and let them play at reception for novelty ‘work’. Overall the hotel’s position was good and a two minute walk distance to nice local Sarande beach and restaurants. We also visited Ksamili, as it’s our original favourite beach. I would recommend to book a taxi as the once an hour bus was so overcrowded we were like ultra squashed cattle for a twenty mins ride which was not worth the taxi saving! Ask around and see if you can get a good price. Taxi drivers were charging a lot just for small distance rides so maybe ask if the hotel reception can call a taxi at a better price. (We were charged 20€ just from the port to the hotel on arrival which is no more than 5-7 minutes!) Food at the hotel, at the poolside Restaurant, was nice for lunches.
