Hotel Aulona was great, we loved it. The staff was lovely and helpful. The rooms were pretty much the same as advertised. The only thing is you dont know which balcony you were gonna get (we got one with not exactly the best view). The location is literally 5 minutes at most from the main promenade. The breakfast was also an amazing feature, though I would prefer a bit more "salty" options.

Truly above and beyond customer service from the moment we arrived with my sister having sprained her foot while traveling. We got offered a new room on a lower floor that was also bigger. They offered to help a lot, and you could tell they were such genuinely good people. The hotel was very clean, close enough to the center (except when on crutches, but we got a great taxi driver recommendation from the hotel), but otherwise you could walk to the center, different beaches or to the bus. The breakfast was also good with different options, like eggs, pancakes, pastries and fruit. If I ever come back to Saranda, I will definitely come back here. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

Excellent location right in the heart of Sarande. Very clean providing the essentials for a short stay. Excellent value for money and the personnel were very friendly. Definitely try the restaurant called Isumi right next to the hotel, it’s a family-run restaurant with fantastic dishes and great prices.
