Private parking. It's a 20-30 minute walk to the center, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The balcony has a nice view. Overall, the price is a bit high, but that's the case throughout the city; it doesn't live up to expectations.

Great apartment - price/value is as it should be. Apartment itself: Yes it is a bit older and need a little bit of love, but if you have been to Albania before you should know that is part of the charm of living in a normal house. Views: Side view to the sea was great - no complaints there either. Anybody worried about noise: At my apartment that was not an issue, as the club (LOST) is not that close and the street behind the apartmentwas pretty small and quiet too. Biggest plus for me was the private parking under the house - that spared me a lot of headache of finding a parking spot at busy Sarande! Communication with host was also without problems - she let me checkin earlier as the apartment was not rented out the night before. Much appreciated!

The apartment had a beautiful sea view and was very spacious. The balcony with a table and chairs was perfect for relaxing. Everything you needed was provided. Shops and cafes were right next door – a great location.
