Fantastic host, very welcoming. The apartment was perfect. Lots of extra little touches, like coffee, tea, herbal teas & biscuits. Also a selection of toiletries in the bathroom.

The hotel staff were very nice and answered many of my questions. The room was very comfortable, the heating was great, there were lots of snacks, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was a wonderful hotel!:D

Everything was perfect! The host was very helpful and generous. Great location, clean apartment, with a beautiful view of the city center and the cable car — just a short walk away. Everything, absolutely everything, was wonderful, especially the host. I highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Sarajevo.

The house's location, cleanliness, and view were perfect. Having a parking lot was a great advantage. Besides that, she was the sweetest and most kind host I've ever seen. She had everything a house should have, plus extra tea, coffee, and sugar. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality.
