This was the best hosting that we ever had! All merits goes to Nela, Faris, Amar and Mirza, although the hole staff was really great. From the reception to the wellness centre. We were needing some help with the our obligations in Sarajevo and they were more than welcoming, kind and happy to solve all the issues even at the middle of the night. Thank you so much for upgrading our reserved room, we were surprised but more then satisfied with all the amenities. Great hotel! Graet, great young people! SPA centar is well maintained, very clean and more than pleasant, with silent music at the background, worm water at pool, showers, sauna and steam room, free bathrobes,flip flops and towels. Good gym, we'll equipped also.
