Great hotel. Nice location and Mogammed Waleed on the desk. What a legend. Helped us throughout with clear instruction and guidance and gave best advice for maximising our trip Lovely food and the lady at the omelette station. A real master. Great facilities with spacious rooms. All in all a great place to stay if visiting Sarajevo. Great gym too...unlike some hotels thos head a proper gym feel and lots of machines both cardio and strength. The spa was good too but under going renovation. Will return again

My stay at Malak Regency Hotel was simply wonderful. The location is perfect, close to the airport yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What made the experience stand out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the extra perks like the discount at Malak Farm and the easy transfer options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sarajevo, I would definitely come back again!

The staff, the facilities, the cleanliness and overall aura of the hotel was phenomenal. The staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and pleasure of your overall stay. The sales manger assisted us with a farm stay at Malak farm which is a must. An organic farm experience that cannot be missed. Mirza organised all our activities, and assigned our driver Abdul Karem, we cannot rate them high enough and are indebted to their service for making our holiday a dream. Make sure to book the white water rafting trip. Take note on weekends the pool is closed for women only, which was a huge bonus. Make sure to allow two days to visit the old city centre at least 2-3 times during your stay.
