Brilliant location and a wonderful selection for breakfast. Had a couple of issues with the TV remote, so we were unable to turn off the TV but this was rectified. Also A/C was not working on the last day and it was a very sticky hot night. Manager did every thing he could to sort this matter out and was very nice and helpful.

The staff made it. As soon as you walk in the hotel smells lovely, the staff are accommodating and welcoming. We had a few hours on Sarajevo before our flight a few days after we stayed here and they let us store our luggage for free - just lovely people

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sana. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the Old Town, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet, ideal for both relaxation and sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile or good advice. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Great location in touristic area and easy to commute (you can get tram and airport bus very close to the hotel). Nice and cosy design. Breakfast was ok.
