Friendly staff. Good sized room with aircon, kettle and coffees/teas, comfortable bed and Netflix, Prime channels. Excellent location on the edge of the old town, room was quiet and came with good storage.

Everything was amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly, the room was super comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre and across the street to the best place for Ćevapi. The best accommodation we had in our week travelling across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The location in the pedestrianised part of the old town was good and, if taxis are needed, they can stop very nearby. The breakfast buffet was good and we appreciated having a kettle and a safe in our room.
