This is a hotel with a big heart. Not only was it clean and well-maintained, but the staff were also absolutely amazing. They were exceptionally kind and professional, making us feel like part of a family. This is a truly unique four-star hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Sarajevo. It’s rare to come across a place like this.

Great location, just a short walk from the old town. The staff were attentive and very helpful. We requested a quiet room and were given a comfort room, which was really large and truly comfortable. There were many breakfast options, with the staff constantly checking and refilling stations. We would definitely stay here again.
