I truly enjoyed my stay here! I was a patient at the Policlinic Karabeg for plastic surgery, and during my recovery, Sarah and her brother Gale took exceptional care of me as well as the other guests. We had such a wonderful mix of people from the U.S., the Netherlands, Switzerland, and beyond — it felt like an international family. The restaurant next to the hotel is pure nourishment for the soul fresh air, stunning surroundings, and food that I’d dare say could earn a Michelin star. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available, and the whole atmosphere is simply relaxing, surrounded by nature. For those who love the outdoors, Gale offers a 2.5-hour hiking tour around Sarajevo, guiding you to the city’s most important spots before you explore at your own pace. Hiking and climbing opportunities are also nearby, making it a perfect destination for adventure lovers. I felt truly blessed to be there, enjoying all the possibilities this place has to offer. Without hesitation, I give it 5 stars! Next time, I plan to visit in late autumn or winter to enjoy more hikes and to go skiing again. Let’s hope the beauty of this country continues to flourish in peace.

Very nice place. Good kitchen at the restaurant beside. I forgotten our passports at reception desk. Personal was very helpful to send passports to Italy back. I will come back again! Thanks a lot. Alessandro
