had a fantastic stay at Heritage Hotel Petrakija. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit — always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Sarajevo’s Old Town, just steps away from all the main attractions, cafes, and historical landmarks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

The hospitality of the staff is top notch. They made us feel very welcome, looked after our needs like family and went above and beyond to make my wife’s 40th birthday special. Beautiful range of breakfast. They’re the best people we’ve met in the hospitality sector. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. They didn’t compromise on the quality of mattress and quilt which we really appreciated.

Location was great! Just a few minutes walk to the old (and new) center. Also a big thanks to Armin at the front desk. He gave us amazing restaurant advice and told us a lot about the city’s history!

The staff were very helpful especially the female receptionist on the day we checked out. Breakfast was decent and the room was very clean.
