Our stay at this new hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We woke up around 10:30, even though breakfast officially ended at 10:00 — but they still waited for us and made sure we didn’t leave hungry, which was so thoughtful. They even prepared delicious traditional Bosnian coffee for us! A big thank you to Adi, Velna, and Amina for their warmth and hospitality — they truly made us feel at home. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

Everything was just great. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is just a few minutes from the city center of Bascarsija. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with a lot of domestic food. Parking is available just next to the hotel.

Excellent stay at the Gate hotel. It's perfectly located very close to heart of the city. Huge bonus is free parking. Rooms where clean and neat. We haven't had breakfast because they where remodeling the restaurant and garden but with all the best restaurants at the 5min walk it wasn't really a big deal. Manager Adi went above and beyond to make sure we have a nice stay and that we feel welcome. Adi and the rest of the staff was extremely accommodating, very pleasant and great hoast. I would highly recommend the place. We will definitely be back.
