Everything - location is really close to the old city center, the breakfast was really good every day, secure and safe parking spot within the complex and the hospotality of the owner and his family. :)

The guest house is perfectly located on a walking distance ( ~10 minutes) to Bascarsi and ~5 minutes to the lift station. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a private parking for those who come by car. The place is quite and good for relax.

This is not a hotel but an excellent guesthouse. Great staff, tasty breakfast and excellent on site secure parking.
