Very lovely hotel close to the city center. New facilities, equipped with everything you need for the short stay in the city. Very lovely breakfast options!

Excellent hotel. The reception staff are really great , friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location , lots of restaurants to choose from and near all the main areas . The room itself was comfortable and very clean. As for the breakfast , that was excellent , great selection - great choice to a stay in a fabulous city.

My stay at Hotel Eleven in Sarajevo was truly an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out—they are extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which makes the entire stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness is at a very high level—rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I would especially highlight the breakfast, which is rich, varied, and absolutely delicious, with everything fresh and beautifully prepared. Overall, this is a hotel I am always happy to return to, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo.
