The owner was a lovely man, he showed us where they roast the meat. He brought us to our room and explained how everything worked. There was also a security guard to let us in if we chose to stay out late.

My first impression about Sjaj Bed and Breakfast was the great communication with the owner. We were a big group and that was the first visit to Sarajevo for all of us. So I had many questions. I received answers to all of them. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome. The restorant worked a little bit longer so we could have dinner. The owners and the staff were friendly and supportive. In the rooms we had everything that we needed. They are clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious and personnel were very friendly and patient. We had a great time there.
