8 points from my wife for the beautiful sunrise and only 7 points from me for the cold in the apartment and the air conditioners that don't work well for heating (air conditioners need to be opened and cleaned). I can see what is done well and what is not. For example, the kitchen and furniture are very well made and fit to size. The idea of making a panoramic view is good, but only for warm weather. The owner of the apartment himself seemed to be a positive and good person. The apartment is easy to find and there is some space for regular city parking nearby. The apartment has high ceilings. In the summer, it is a good space for a small group of friends or a romantic evening. In the winter, this apartment does not need to be rented out.
