Triple room Japanese style is pretty spacious. No cleaning service if you are staying less than 4 days but that is fine for us. Hotel staff are very helpful. Receiving my 2 package that required in advance payment, and they were paying for us first. Bed was comfy. It’s 5 minutes away from Tanukikoji shopping arcade.

Clean and new. Close to Odori park. Capsule coffee machine in the room. convenience stalls nearby. Near airport shuttle stops but walking could still be difficult depending on the winter weather.
