The room was clean and spacious. The view from the room was great. The location was good as well, very near the city center. The TV was huge and it was a smart TV which was really useful.

Modern rooms only a few minutes from Odori Park, front desk staff very helpful in English. Housekeeping standards are very high.

They prepared two soft toys on the beds for the kids, which was a big surprise to my kids, and they loved the birdy soft toy very much. The hotel is new, room is clean and quiet. The self-service washing machine was very helpful for us to clean our clothes and get ready for our next stop. The hotel staff's English was much better than the other hotel. The staff of the next hotel used a translator app to communicate with me when I went to the wrong hotel before checking in.
