Hotel is very conveniently located, very near to JR Sapporo and metro station. Also very near and connected to Stellar Place Mall and Daimaru. Lots of nice eateries around that area. Tokyu hands were across the street and bus station is nearby. I had 2 days of different breakfast. 1 Japanese style and another buffet style. Staff always greet guests in hotel. Service were immaculate. Staff are very helpful too.

The hotel location is excellent for Sapporo. Centrally located, adjacent to the JR train station and walking distance from many attractions (Odori park, etc). The staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are of good standard. The rooms are well equipped. We were given high floor executive rooms, with spectacular views over the city and the surrounding mountains.
