We had our own space. The room was spacious and recently renovated. The host was very friendly and gave us useful advices for our trip plans. The location was perfect because it was next restaurants and swimming pools but also away from the traffic.

It was nice and cozy, the room was size-wise enough and it was nice to have a little fridge and glasses. The owner also made room for our car to park right in front of the building.
