My wife and I really liked the location, value for money, cleanliness, service, and hospitality of the staff. We arrived very early in the morning from Hanoi and were warmly welcomed and accommodated. Although our room wasn’t ready yet (which we totally understood), we were offered a place to rest, shower, and enjoy some tea. Han, in particular, took great care of us, thank you, Han! Soni was also very accommodating. The room was new, clean, and smelled great. Breakfast was on point, it's à la carte but very filling. The hotel is centrally located, so everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel near the city centre with modern furniture and a great view from the balcony. The owner and the staff were super nice and helpful. We also got a free room upgrade. There were various options for breakfast and all prepared individually.

Reached hotel early in the morning, thank you to the staff for kindly attending to us despite how early it was. Was given the facilities to shower and freshen up after an overnight bus ride to Sapa. Greatly appreciated the free early checkin. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge bathtub. Clean and nice decor! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee is one of the best we had! The service was top notch as well with really friendly staff :)

Tropical Paradise Sapa Hotel truly lives up to its name. The facilities were superb, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the customer service went above and beyond. The staff took such great care of me that I felt right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!
